Clear scope before development begins.
These website terms summarise the commercial approach shown in the launch pricing. The agreed quotation defines each actual project.

1. Scope and quotation
Before development begins, the client receives an agreed scope and quotation identifying the development fee, included pages/features, optional extras, recurring third-party costs if any, estimated timeline and payment schedule. New work outside the approved scope is discussed before additional charges are applied.
2. Payment
Normal projects, including the Starter Website, use a 50% deposit to confirm and begin and 50% after final approval and before final production handover/launch, unless otherwise agreed. The approved quotation confirms the deposit and final balance amounts. Large/custom projects may use agreed milestone payments.
Pricing views and agreed amounts
Pricing can be viewed in MYR, BDT or USD. MYR is the base commercial currency; international display prices are localized promotional prices. The approved quotation controls the final agreed project price, payment currency and bank-transfer amount, which are confirmed before payment.
Direct bank transfer
Payment is normally by direct bank transfer. Bank/payment details are provided privately through WhatsApp after scope and quotation confirmation. Send your payment receipt through WhatsApp for review. Development begins after payment and the required content/access are received according to the agreed scope and schedule.
Bank fees, international-transfer charges or third-party charges may be separate where applicable; confirm any applicable charges in your quotation before payment.
3. Timelines
Planning estimates are: Starter 3–5 working days; Business 7–10 working days; Corporate 10–15 working days; E-Commerce Starter 15–25 working days; Redesign 5–10 working days; Custom typically 4–8+ weeks depending on scope.
Estimates begin after the deposit, complete content and required access are received. The final schedule is agreed in the quotation. Feedback, approvals, integrations and scope changes may extend delivery.
4. Client-supplied materials and access
The client supplies the approved logo, final text, business details, images, relevant certificates/licences, product data where applicable and required domain/hosting/integration access.
5. Revisions and additional work
Standard packages include up to two reasonable revision rounds. A reasonable revision round means one consolidated set of changes to the agreed design/content. New pages, new features or a new design direction require scope review and may affect price or timeline.
6. Separate costs
Domain, hosting, paid third-party services, paid software/licences and payment-gateway transaction fees are separate unless specifically included in the quotation.
7. E-commerce and custom scope
E-Commerce Starter begins at FROM RM3,299 and covers the agreed base scope. More than 20 initial products, large numbers of variants, advanced shipping rules, marketplace integration, custom payment workflows, inventory synchronisation, custom admin systems, subscriptions, specialised APIs or other custom features may increase the final quotation.
8. Maintenance
Maintenance packages are not unlimited-development subscriptions. Monthly update limits, support coverage and response expectations are agreed before the plan starts.
9. Contact
Commercial questions should be confirmed through the written quotation or via WhatsApp before work begins.
