Privacy information.
A plain-language description of how this website currently handles information.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Project review form
The project review form runs in your browser. When you select “Send Project Details via WhatsApp”, the entered details are used to prepare a WhatsApp message and open WhatsApp. This website does not operate an email-sending backend for that form and does not claim that a message was delivered.
Information you choose to share
If you contact SL HORIZON IT through WhatsApp, phone or email, the information you send is handled through the relevant communication service and may be used to respond to your enquiry and prepare a project scope or quotation.
Currency preference
The initial pricing view is chosen from your approximate country: MYR for Malaysia, BDT for Bangladesh and USD for other countries. To identify the country, your browser contacts Country.is (api.country.is), which receives your IP address as part of the request. This website uses the returned country code only and does not store the returned IP address. No precise-location permission is requested. The country code is cached in this browser tab for up to one hour. If the lookup is unavailable, USD is shown and you can choose a currency manually. A manual currency choice is stored in this browser for later pages and visits; select Auto to return to country-based pricing. Browser storage being unavailable does not prevent currency switching. Form entries and bank/payment details are not stored with this preference. No live exchange-rate service is used.
Analytics and tracking
No Google Analytics measurement ID is configured in this website build. Analytics should remain disabled unless a genuine measurement ID and appropriate configuration are added later.
External services and links
This website links to WhatsApp, email, phone actions and external portfolio websites. Those services and websites operate under their own privacy practices. Downloading the brochure is served as a static file from this website.
Technical logs
The hosting provider may process standard technical request information needed to deliver the website securely and reliably. This website does not add a custom server-side database for project-review submissions.
